Dear supporters of The Crusader,

Archbishop Riordan’s student journalists need your support to raise a little over $9,000 to cover the cost of 10 Crusaders who want to attend the semi-annual National High School Journalism Convention in Nashville, TN from April 16-18, 2020. Every year, thousands of high school journalists from across the country gather for a national convention to attend workshops, exchange ideas, and compete in writing contests. To date, after only having attended two conventions, The Crusader staff has won seven writing awards and a third place finish in the National Journalism Quiz Bowl last year. Anything that you can do to help us close the gap would be greatly appreciated. The convention is a great way for these young men to showcase their talents in journalism and get recognized for it; plus, Nashville is a wonderful city!
