Matteo Matteucci ’24 is a 3-year staff reporter for The Crusader. He chose this class at the end of freshman year with the thought that being a journalist would help him further his writing and possibly pursue it in college. He also participates in varsity baseball and football and is in the Sports Medicine and YKNOTMENTALITY Club at Riordan. Outside of Riordan he is all about his family and loves sports, rooting for his three hometown teams the Giants, 49ers, and Warriors. His favorite story that he has written is “MLB shift regulations for next two seasons” because it covers one of the sports that he has played and loved ever since he was a kid and has a big impact on his favorite team and the way baseball is played forever.
