Vee Chen ’25, The Shield Art Director
Vee Chen ’25 is a Staff Reporter and artist for The Crusader, and Art Director for The Shield. They joined the staff because they thought writing and illustrating for a newspaper would be a unique and fun experience. Their favorite illustration they’ve done was for Black Panther lives on in “Wakanda Forever,” because it gave them a chance to commemorate the legacy of an actor they liked. Outside of The Crusader, they are a part of Riordan’s marching and jazz band and a St. Francis Scholar. Vee enjoys drawing, spending time with friends, and listening to music in their free time.
