The House of Russi is represented by Brandan Lee ’21, Tarik Shami ’18, Hunter Harold ’18, Provincial Valerie O’Riordan, Brandon Vargas ’20, Zach Quanico ’19, and Antonio Maffei ’20.

With the help of Provincial Valerie O’Riordan, Russi honorably climbed out of last place by the end of the Chaminade Cup challenge.

Russi had a rocky start to their year, but despite all that, they managed to pull ahead when it counted. “Russi has been the underdog most of the year, but that doesn’t mean we will stay the underdog,” said O’Riordan.

They consistently participated and continued to pull their weight in House events despite loss after loss, just another testament to their strong sense of perseverance.

Senior House Captain Hunter Harold said, “I am proud that my house has accomplished the ability to not give up and the mindset of being able to work hard. I assure you that Russi is going to accomplish a lot more in the near future.”

Again, during the Crusader Games, they managed to pull ahead of Bolts with an 85 point lead. Overall, they ended the Crusader Games in third with 824 points.

Harold said, “I think Russi has given a great effort throughout the entire year, and nothing exemplifies this more than our performance at the Crusader Games.”
