E’moni Ferdinand ‘26 is a staff reporter for The Crusader. She runs track, is head captain of Riordan dance, a member of the girls flag football team, and has a place on Riordan’s Life Team and Black Student Union. She is an aspiring writer who hopes to continuously improve and to one day make it her career. Her favorite story she has written was an opinion piece on Black History Month (Black History Month is Every Month). E’moni initially joined journalism to grow as a writer and has continued to seek that passion in advanced journalism.
