Every college provided the students with a campus tour and an information session led by a current student and an admissions representative. At Boston College (pictured above), the students listened to a current senior who gave them a presentation and a tour of the entire campus while the sun smiled down on them.

Achieve is a four-year high school scholarship and academic enrichment program for underserved students from low-income families. Archbishop Riordan High School is one of Achieve’s four partner schools. Every year, Achieve invites its junior classes from all schools on a college tour to the east coast where students participate in campus tours and information sessions at various colleges. This four-day trip consists of a busy daily schedule, so students have early mornings and late nights. This year, Achieve decided to invite its senior classes as they weren’t able to experience the college tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
